‘Eureka’ cops a new beauty!

September 24th, 2008

All ‘Eureka’ fans will be pleased to know that their favorite series has all plans to entertain them, this fall. Well, plotline and script is already fantastic and new cast additions are just like an extra bonus.

For your very kind information- you’ll see Jaime Ray Newman on ‘Eureka’. The lady is tapped for a multi-episode arc in show. She’ll play Dr. Tess Fontana, a brilliant engineer and astrophysicist. She has an ability to see things from a very different viewpoint and her character is also love interest of Sheriff Jack Carter. You’ll see her in at least five episodes and this no. can increase… hopefully! She’s added into the star cast to add some love and care in Jack Carter’s dull life. I think, her appearance will help to make a big hit as she’s very smart, imaginative and is hottest among the rest of the star cast in ‘Eureka’.

Wow!! I am crazy to see her on ‘Eureka’.

Currently, series is running with the third season… not running actually, it aired the episode ‘From Fear to Eternity’ on September 23, 08 and no episodes are after that. Well, it’s not sure that when ‘Eureka’ will be back to complete the third season…. But, hopes are that soon, we’ll be having good news.

In the above said episode, we see that a doomsday weapon built in the abandoned military complex is discovered. Zoe’s life is in danger and Eva Thorne has the intention what has caused the predicament. ‘Eureka’ didn’t return after this episode and we’ll have the new episodes in the New Year, 2009. Hey! Just two or three months are left and we’ll be having the sizzling ‘Eureka’ on our TV sets.

Well, before ‘Eureka’ airs new episodes, let’s watch the previous episodes of the series. Here’ all episodes are available, you can go ahead to download.

Eureka is innovative fun…

September 1st, 2008

I love Eureka because of it’s innovative concept. What an imagination, a town of genius people. Think if it had been in real? Sometimes I think that America is said to be number one developed country of the world so there is possibility that they have a secret town or a secret lab to, manufacture new and hi-tech weapons. Anyway right now I am talking about the TV show so I shouldn’t indulge in such a serious discussion or even fantasy.

Eureka

I loved the concept of a show and the show convinced me to become a regular viewer from it’s pilot episode, where US Marshall arrives in a strange town called Eureka accidentally and takes over the vacancy of Eureka’s Sherrif. Steadily he comes to know about the secret of the town and decides to stay there to prevent it from several upcoming scientific calamities. The storyline is pretty innovative in nature and continues to evoke curiosity for forthcoming episodes. In the first season the storyline kept on exploring the new secrets and happenings of the hi-tech town. And I think this is the best season of the series. So if you guys are here to download episodes of Eureka, then I’ll suggest to begin with this season. Not because this is the beginning of the show, but because this is the most happening episode. Otherwise normally introductory episodes of every series are good.

Eureka tv show

I liked the episodes Invincible and Dr. Nobel a lot. In the first one, Carl is exiled from the lab after an accident but later it is discovered that hr hidden abilities have started to bob up due to accident. In Dr. Nobel, Fargo and Spencer accidentally trigger on a doomsday device and Jack had tough time in shutting down the machine.
Although Once in a Life Time is said to be the best episode of the season, but I liked H.O.U.S.E. Rules the most. In this episode, Sarah the artificial intelligence which runs Jack’s house takes hostage of Jack and many other residents. The season is rocking, do watch it.

Just three episodes are ahead?

August 30th, 2008

This is really unfair to Eureka freaks that in the third season they have added just eight episodes. In first season there were twelve episodes and in the second season they enhanced the number to thirteen, and it’s really surprising that the have kept only eight episodes in the third season, rather they have launched eight webisodes. This number is neither sufficient nor satisfactory for me at least. See it had just started in the end of July and will end up in the middle of September.

Eureka

Now I just pray that the finale won’t leave us with cliffhangers and the next season will not keep us hanging in long wait. Anyways the upcoming episodes of third season are ‘Phased and Confused’ which will air on 2nd of September. After that ‘Here Comes the Suns’ will telecast on September 9. Then comes the turn of season finale episode ‘From Fear To Eternity’ on 16th of September. There are no hints yet about the fourth season. They haven’t made any announcements yet but most probably it is in talks. This is such a good show that they will have to please the fan community.
You guys need not to worry at all. After all, this site is here to provide you all the updates about the new season; nonetheless we can watch the show from beginning once again here. You know when second season came to an end and the guys announced that the new season will arrive in July of 2008; I was helpless to wait for months and couldn’t find the DVD of first season as well. But this time I am a bit relieved that if I have to wait long for the next season, then at least I can watch the previous ones whenever I feel like.

Eureka

Thanks to these guys that they have provided such a wonderful service. You know you will even find hit shows of the past over here, along with the updates whether they are coming back or not.
I enjoy downloading from here, you should also give a try and I am sure you will be having the same opinion. Enjoy!

What’s in Ed Quinn’s pocket for third season?

August 28th, 2008

I hope, the third season is a wonderful treat for all the Eureka freaks. Half of the season is over now, and I suppose everybody is enjoying. Actually today it’s time for the new episode, although I was searching for some chunks about this episode since the last one aired on 19th of this month, but couldn’t find much about it. But today while going through buddytv news I found some interesting morsels about the upcoming episodes of the season. Actually, thanks to buddytv reporters who had a word with one of the star from Eureka. It’s our dear Director of Research of Global Dynamics, Nathan Stark.

Ed Quinn

Ed Quinn is portraying the character, and is very excited about the upcoming storyline of the third season. In fact, he is happy with the entire season, as it is not going to repeat all that drama of the second season and will turn now to a hard core sci-fi. He shared that in this season he and Jack will be seen indulging in finding solutions for big scientific calamities.
You know I really like his role as a genius in mathematics. In the last episode he and Jack were working upon mending the disorders in space time continuum. Now I am curious to know whether Nathan survived as he appeared to be disintegrated. I suppose he will definitely return back but the way of his return will be pretty interesting. I just love sci-fi’s. I don’t know how creators weave those amazing ideas in different episodes. I must say their imagination truly matches a genius.

Ed Quinn

Anyways, Ed also informed that despite giving less priority to the emotional dramas in the series and many existing storylines will be removed from the show steadily. Now I can’t say surely about, which storylines these will be. But if they are gonna deport them then these must be the unnecessary ones.
Ed also hints that lot many big storylines will be introduced in the coming episodes and he didn’t say a word beyond that because he doesn’t want to spoil our excitement. Most of his versions make an impression that the show is now gonna move into a new direction, let’s find out today how truthful he was with the reporters.

Season Three- Review

August 27th, 2008

Well, it seems that the third season is up to everybody’s expectations. From the very first episode ‘Bad to the Drone’ the storyline went beyond the emotional drama of the second season and became the real sci-fi with introducing new calamities and introduced a fixer to cause lot much of hustle in Eureka. Frances Fisher made the guest appearance as the fixer who is in Eureka to make it more profitable. In this episode, Eureka is threatened by a Drone named Martha, during an anti-missile test. Besides this, arrival of a new fixer brings out major changes in Eureka, as she disassembles as well as reconstructs many corporations. She evaluates Global Dynamics expenditures and makes amendments to dig out profits.

Eureka

You know this episode reminded me of Harry Potter- Phoenix movie, where a strict officer from the center is sent to make amendments in Harry’s school. Don’t you think this is the same storyline? But yes I must admit that they have taken partial inspiration from the movie and didn’t weave the entire episode on that part of Harry Potter movie. They kept their basic plot line safe by sending a threat to Eureka. I think introduction of new characters is adding a lot to the show, and I expect that it will run for some more seasons.
In the next episode ‘What About Bob’ Sherrif Jack and Allison got a new problem to sort out. Suddenly a scientist disappears from the sealed biosphere of Eureka. Despite the presence of ‘The Fixer’ who is still making hard efforts to generate more and more profit and is keen to bring out drastic changes, they have to locate the lost scientist.
The next episode with a rocking dog show of 2010 was more amazing in ‘Best In Faux’. In this episode many more things happened, like Allison remains busy with preparations for her wedding, Zoe is thinking over his stretched physics program, and it’s not possible that Jack stays away from a trouble so he experiences an isolated earthquake this time. This episode was most adventurous among the all episodes of this season.
The wedding bells ring in the fourth episode, ‘I Do Over’ with Allison and Stark’s wedding But, Jack is trapped in a time loop and is experiencing the same day over and over again. Some strange thing does happen as his sister Lexi visits Eureka.

What’s coming forth in Eureka?

August 25th, 2008

So, did everybody enjoy the Eureka’s new episode yesterday? ‘Show Me the Mummy’ title appeared like it will contain an emotional story. But this was kind of mythological. It reminded me of the fairy tales I had heard from my grandma and nanny in my childhood. It must have reminded many of you of Alladin animation series. As such storylines were supposed to be part of animations only. But yes filming was so good that it didn’t seem like a kiddish show.
Who haven’t seen this episode, for those I must give a brief description of this episode. In this episode, our dear Sherrif Jack is deputed to investigate about an Egyptian mummy, missing from Global Dynamics. Later the episode involved some superstitions when in the end; Jack has to deal with the mummy’s curses. Actually the mummy was comminated and everybody who opened it had to face the deadly consequences. It was worthy to watch how Jack managed the circumstances.

Eureka

Anyways this is the episode which has gone. Now we have to wait one more week for the next episode, ‘Phased and Confused’. Now a Heroes kind of storyline will emerge from there. As the previews say, here will be a man with ability to walk through walls and will cause a rumpus in the town. It appears like resemblance with the characters in Heroes. But let’s see if creators have added something different and unique to it. Otherwise it will be the same old story. I don’t know if these guys are lacking of innovative ideas, in the previous seasons it was pretty tough to find a similarity with any other show, but these two episodes are very close to animation series and other sci-fi shows already running on screen.
I am just afraid that it doesn’t affect the approval for the next season by the channel. But as I checked out ratings on tv.com it seems that despite carrying a common kind of storyline, both of the episodes got excellent ratings and it clearly point out that people like Eureka and they like it in any form. So, Jack’s magic works here too.
