Andrew Cosby’s Damn Nation on Silver Screen
January 8th, 2010
Hey Friends!
While writing this post my respect for Andrew Cosby, creator of Eureka seasons is reaching its highest levels. A comic book penned down by him entitled, “Damn Nation” is about to be adapted for big-screen audiences adding another feather of achievement to his cap. Zack Stentz and Ashley Edward Miller, the duo that shared the writing credits for movie adaptation of Marvel’s Thor comic book will be scripting the Damn Nation’s screenplay.

We can expect this movie to be as enthralling as the stuff we get to view in Eureka episodes. Don’t consider this statement by me to be a mere fluke; the comic book’s story will act as a befitting testimonial to verify my claim. Please read the brief snapshot of Damn Nation’s story given below and mould your perceptions accordingly.
The U.S borders have been sealed. This act indicates that a vampire based epidemic is spreading at a very fast rate and barbed wires have been positioned all across for preventing its further spread. Utter panic has forced the majority of U.S. citizens to vacate the country. A handful of scientists are working day and night to dish out an effective cure at the earliest. Due to seriousness of prevailing scenario it feels as if clock is ticking at a fast pace.
Will a cure finally get developed? What role military will play in this mission?
The three issue comic book series answers all these questions in fully-absorbing manner, but now a movie is also going to be produced to project this electrifying storyline on a grand domain called the silver screen.
We can only imagine the feelings of Andrew Cosby when his work makes intrusions into theatres world over. Well done Andrew! This is only expected from you; after all you have given us an unmatched television entertainer in the form of Eureka.
